NSQ

Naft Sazeh Qeshm (NSQ) a private Joint Stock Co. was established in December 2000. The fabrication facilities were located in Qeshm Free Zone Island, Persian Gulf. NSQ has its own construction and fabrication yard and is capable of fabrication up to 36,000 tone steel structure per year.

In the early 2014 by purchasing shipyard in south-east of Iran named “Sadra Omid Chabahar”, Bidco started to be a shipbuilding & ship repairing company for small and medium size vessels.

GTL

GTL Co. is a subsidiary of Rosemond E.M.I. Co. has been established as a specialized company of the group to produce refinery products such as premium gasoline, gas oil, etc. from natural gas. This process is being known as Gas to Liquid (GTL) process.

SARV Oil & Gas Industries Development Company is a subsidiary of Rosemond E.M.I Co. has been established as a specialized company in design and production of different variety of catalysts used in Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery and Steel plant.

Lian Chemical Development Co. is an affiliate Company of Rosemond E.M.I Co. has been stablished to produce Sodium Methoxide Chemical in Boushehr Special Zone for liquid and Dry type product.

FOROZAN KHARG GAS LIQUEFACTION Co.

Forozan Kharg Gas Liquefaction Co. carry out projects for the production of methanol and the liquefaction of methane and ethane gases, which are the lightest output products of the NGL factory.
